Single Family Homes

We currently have nine single family homes, ranging from one bedroom to three bedrooms in the Old Southwest, Midtown, close to the Truckee River and in NW Reno. We renovate all of our homes when we acquire them and most all have hardwood floors, granite kitchens, full-size washer/dryers, new winows and private fenced yards. Our single family homes are in the most desirable school districts of Roy Gomm, Westergard, Mt. Rose, Billinghurst Middle School, Swope Middle, Reno HS and McQueen HS.
