About Gorelick Real Estate Advisors, LLC
Gorelick Real Estate Advisors is a professional local developer and owner of real estate throughout Reno. Allison and Jeff Gorelick moved from the Bay Area to Reno in 2009 with a vision to acquire well-located properties that could be renovated to provide superior environments for our tenants.
We have acquired and renovated over 300 units over the past 13 years. Gorelick Real Estate Advisors chooses properties that are centrally located and uphold a high standard of maintenance and condition. We seek out tenants that will care for our properties as their own. Our portfolio of properties is managed by Nevada Commercial Services (NCS), a professional, local property management company.
Allison Gorelick

Allison has over 25 years of real estate development and financial leadership experience. Since 2009 she has been acquiring and renovating a variety of properties in Reno, NV. Prior to that, Allison was a Vice President with SARES•REGIS Group of Northern California, focusing on commercial development and acquisitions. Allison is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California, Nevada, and Ohio. She holds a Nevada Property Management permit. Allison graduated from the University of Vermont with a degree in Business Administration and is a Chartered Financial Analyst and LEED-certified. She is also a Board Member of the League to Save Lake Tahoe and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Community Foundation of Northern Nevada.
Vanessa Wood

Vanessa Wood has been in Property Management since 2007, managing both apartments and condos and self-storage facilities. She holds her Nevada Real Estate License and Property Management Permit. She is also a Certified Property Manager and an Accredited Residential Manager. She is an active member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, IREM, Northern Nevada/Tahoe Chapter 89 as the 2017 Chapter President and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2010. She is also a member of the Northern Nevada Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW).
Stephanie Virden

Stephanie joined Nevada Commercial Services, Inc in 2020. She currently works as a Property Manager in our Residential Division. Stephanie manages a portfolio which includes several multi-family properties, condos, and single-family homes, all ranging in size and location throughout Reno. Before working for Nevada Commercial Services, she worked as a Residential Property Manager for 4 years managing several large multi-family properties throughout Reno and 5 years as a Residential Real Estate Salesperson in San Diego, CA. Prior to her real estate career, she attended California State University – San Marcos.
